My go to product for meatballs and breading chicken and pork chops! I always add a little extra to it when I cook and my family loves the way it tastes!

Fantastic For Homemade Meatballs

Thanks to my mother-in-law who uses nothing else, I use these bread crumbs for my homemade meatballs since they already have the Italian herbs and parmesan in them. I merely need the ground meat with a beaten egg and enough Progresso bread crumbs to hold everything together. I also use these to make breaded chicken scallopini. Since I'm usually one to mix everything from scratch, it says a lot about this brand that I like the taste enough to take the small shortcut. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Bread crumbs arrived as advertised and in sealed container as off the local store shelf. Expiration date in 2019. Sampled the crumbs and they taste fresh and flavorful. No complaints. We also now keep our bread crumbs in the refrigerator for longer freshness. Seems to help.
